Who We Are

Cali Kasten built a reputation as the person companies called when things were broken. She’s the fixer who tackles messy complexity and tall orders that stump everyone else. Cali created KCG to bring that expertise to organizations tired of problems that never get solved and individuals looking to get unstuck.

She is currently a Director of Product Management at SPINS, the leading wellness-focused growth and innovation platform for the Natural Products industry. Cali is focused on the development of the SPINS Foundry™ platform, the authoritative layer of product data powering digital and agentic commerce. During her time at SPINS, Cali has led the redevelopment of digital marketing and shopper engagement solutions and overseen initiatives for internal tools and data processes that automated workflows, scaled capabilities, and improved core data quality.

Cali’s career history spans product management, process improvement, data operations, and project leadership. She's led cross-functional groups and mentored teams with a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach at companies including SPINS, Mintel, and Grubhub. Cali brings both instinct and rigor to her work, holding Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I), Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP), and Six Sigma Champion (SSCC) certifications.

She works with clients remotely and in-person for those in the Chicagoland area.
